In today's appointment, we are focusing on the middle part of the program, Awareness.

Once you sit in the Acceptance of a situation, only then can you have the Awareness or the truth about it. And only when you have Acceptance and Awareness of a situation can you then move into the Gratitude for the experience that you had and the clarity of what it is you are choosing from now on. So, we are now about to look at the Awareness around the stress or block of your __________ (their area of life and blocks).

Most people can't connect the dots between what has happened and what is required for them to change to move forward. This could be as simple as a change of thought, change of action, change of belief etc.

When blocks come up in life, it is generally because it is time for a change. But if we keep moving in the same direction, we keep making the same mistakes and don't learn the lessons that are being provided to us. For example, an alcoholic may have acceptance of the fact they are an alcoholic but don't know how to control cravings when they are under stress and so keep repeating the same patterns. It is important to have awareness on what to do differently so you can learn the lesson and move past the block.

Today we will be working on what is blocking your ability to connect to the Awareness around your major blocks/ Issues in your life.

The contrast of Awareness is Illusion. Illusion is when you don't look at a truth or focus on the illusion of a situation, rather than what is actually happening. Illusion can be from self not wishing to face the truth, or not knowing what is really happening.

Awareness Exercise: Messages

Most people don't realise how important it is to connect to the messages of just HOW something is making you FEEL. For once you really get the connection between a Positive message and its impact and a negative message and its impact you can start to increase your Awareness and be ahead of any PAIN, stress, or despair. For once you know your messages the PAIN or symptom is not required.

Being stuck in negative situations can be overwhelming and sometimes feel like it goes on and is never-ending. However, being Aware of your messages can move you very quickly back on the road to Gratitude. It is important to change the brain into being able to see the message. As with the clarity of your messages, you can then move forward and beyond the block that is holding you back.

Using the Exercise from the Acceptance: look at HOW these situations make you FEEL in the negative, and then HOW it makes you feel when it is moved into the Positive. Getting you more aware of how your Mind, Body, and Soul (purpose & passion) translates messages is the key to a happy and healthy life.
