Hello, my name is __________ and I am excited to take you through The Connection Code, which gives people a little taster of what The Pillar Code is all about.

The way it works is we have 3 x 45 minute appointments where we focus in on one of your major blocks that you are experiencing in your life. Each appointment is a stand-alone treatment for you but it also forms a part of a three-treatment process connecting Acceptance, Awareness and Gratitude to really transform your particular situation.

Once we sit in the Acceptance of a situation, only then can we have the Awareness or the truth about the situation. And only when we have Acceptance and Awareness of a situation can we then move into Gratitude for the experience that we had, and the clarity of what it is we are choosing from now on. The stress or block you choose can be around your Self and your health, relationship to your partner, family, friends, work & career, purpose, finances, lifestyle or overall journey. When we have identified the area of life, we will then go into 3 main blocks within the area that you are choosing to address.

Then at each appointment, we will focus on a different aspect of the block so that we re-connect you to your path.

At each appointment, I will explain to you the meaning around the appointment, I'll do some muscle observation, explain a unique exercise for your toolkit and then perform the treatment.

Today we are working on Acceptance. The contrast of Acceptance is Denial. Denial is when you don't look at a truth or focus on the illusion of a situation, rather than what is actually happening. Denial can be from self not wishing to face the truth or not knowing what is really happening.

Acceptance Exercise: Positivity

Most people today get sucked into the negative with situations around them and their lives. It is important to change the brain into being able to see the positive out of things. As with positivity, we can then move forward and beyond the block that is holding us back.

It is a lot easier to look at things from hindsight to see the positive, rather than when you are right in the middle of the issue.

Let us confirm your block/issue that we will focus this positivity tool on for your Acceptance appointment. Now, let's write down three things that are negative or stressful about this block/issue.

Then, what are the positives that have come from each of the 3 blocks/ issues (aim for three).
